Director

Prof (Dr.) Rachita Rana is currently working as Professor and Director. She is bestowed with effective communication skills, Multi-skill abilities in various facets of Management and IT.

Prof (Dr.) Rachita Rana is a dedicated educationist and holds over 22 years of rich experience (teaching and research). She was also an Evaluator of Research Projects in Economics with Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi.

She has been the Professor and Director with various prestigious Management institutes across India like Maharaja Surajmal Institute, TASMAC affiliated to University of Wales, IITM, Management Institutes of BalaJi group (Pune), etc.

Her credentials include Ph.D (Eco), MA (Eco.), MBA (Mkt.) and Post Doctorate Fellow of Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). Her area of interest and specialization is economics and management.

She has been consultant to Industry project and Principal worker on number of Major Research Projects funded by Indian Council of Social Research (Min of HRD.)

She has authored 7 books and edited 6 books. To her credit she has rich collection of more than 56 Research Papers published in reputed Journals, book chapters and proceedings. She had been working as Guide/Evaluator for MBA Dissertation of University of Wales UK. Presently she is Ph.D/ M.Phil Guide and Evaluator.

She has been Awarded with ‘Principal of the Year 2022’ by Universal Mentors Association. In year 2021 she was awarded as Incredible Academician of India by Record Owners.

Surajmal Memorial Education Society (SMES) had Appointed her has Secretary in the Higher Education Advisory Committee from 2019-2022. Worked as Expert on the development of the Service Policy Manual of SMES which was adopted by the society in 2021.
